Equine Medical Center

The Equine Medical Center was established in December 2008 to play a critical role as a veterinary medical center for horses in Southern Kyushu, and to strengthen the infrastructure for the breeding and rearing of thoroughbred horses. We provide advice on thoroughbred horse breeding and rearing, and consultations at the stud farms. The EMC aims to be a research center driving the development of new veterinary technologies, as well as one of the few educational facilities for equine veterinary medicine in Japan.
